Make sure you have friends....and four hours
First things first: if you live by yourself and have no friends, you are in for a world of hurt. This is an insanely heavy item and you'll need help getting it into your home. The instructions say that putting it together is a two-man job, but one mechanically-savvy person can do it—they'll just be sore the next day.

Make sure there's plenty of room! The manual features the operation taking place on a rug, but the manufacturer has been kind enough to include a “touch-up” crayon in the package of hardware (Nothing for if you scratch up your floors, though!). You can safely screw-up multiple steps on this project and still come out in one piece; the Canadians built the particle-board on this very well. (Take that, China!)

One thing you'll want to keep in mind when putting this together is the six (6) screw-bolt collars for the back of the drawers are slightly smaller than the ones for the rest of the frame (read though the instructions first)...
