Exactly what it is supposed to be

Well-built, sturdy. I installed it in a church bathroom and my daughter uses it every week for my grandkids. It requires a studded wall with 16-inch spacing, if your walls are different this may not install for you unless you reconstruct the wall. You can't install it with anchors, only by screwing it directly into studs. And take note, it's really hard to drive the screws into the studs with a screwdriver or standard power drill/driver, even if you drill a pilot hole. Plan to have an impact driver on hand to torque the screws down the last few turns.

It measures 22 x 35 x 22-1/2 inches when open (H x W x D) and closes to a depth of 4 inches. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It meets American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), European (EN), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for performance and accessibility when properly installed.
