Great once installed, but took forever

So I assembled this with my 2 years old running around and my 4 month old playing beside me, but with that said, there are no written directions, only pictures that were a bit unclear. It took me about 45 minutes to put on, but would have been much faster without kids and with a second adult. I also feel like for the price I paid, the guard rail should extend farther down the side of the bed because my son is all over the place when he sleeps. Now that it's assembled, it serves its purpose and my son loves it!
