Good sturdy construction. Smaller than I was expecting, though.
I found this table listed, and given I have an 8yr old and a 4yr old, I thought I'd take a stab at this, because the age range was from 3-8. So I got it in, and put it together tonight. When I took it out of the box, I was surprised that the wood used was fairly high quality. A lot of things like this I've put together were made out of particleboard, or some other weak kind of wood. Not this. VERY high quality on the wood pieces. They went together well, and after I finished putting them together, they didn't have that "wobbly" kind of feeling that some kid furniture does. So that's good. My kids can be tough on this kind of stuff sometimes, so a sturdy feel goes a long way.
After I did get everything together, I realized that this is small. I know the item's description here gives the dimensions, but that's one of those things that doesn't click in your head until you get it together. It's unfortunately TOO small for my kids. My eight year old is right out. My...
