I am an owner of a day care program and purchased multiple lockers. Upon assembly of many of these lockers, I heard the sound of wood splitting as I inserted a screw and started to tighten. I stopped and looked at what was happening. The insertion and initial tightening of the screw started to crack / split the wooden board piece.

I looked over the paperwork that was shipped with the product. It stated to not return the item but to call the phone number for any missing/broken pieces. I then checked online and found that they have a lifetime warranty on their lockers for splitting. I didn't want to have all of these pieces lying around my facility especially with having the children return the following day. And so I tightened the screw and finished building the rest of the locker.
